After working in retail throughout college, John Eickholt knew the constant relocations weren’t for him. In 1990, he entered the insurance industry, driven to build something lasting—and local. Maureen Eickholt joined him in 2003, stepping away from teaching to find more flexibility while raising their young family. Together, they built a business.
In 2024, they partnered with Independent Professional Network (IPN), drawn to its values and the freedom it offered. As independent agents, they now represent a wide range of top insurance carriers, giving clients more options and better solutions than any one-size-fits-all agency could.
